Ball valves are compact, quarter-turn isolation valves with a spherical perforated ball that allows full-flow shutoff or control with minimal pressure drop. They are favored for quick operation, tight sealing, and low maintenance. Available in 2-piece, 3-piece, top-entry, trunnion, and floating designs, they accommodate high-pressure (up to 1000 bar) and a range of media—gas, water, oil, and chemicals. Construction includes materials like brass, carbon and stainless steel, and specialty alloys. Delta Enterprise offers full-port and standard ball valves in SS304/SS316, brass, and carbon steel with NPT, socket weld, and flanged ends, suitable for oil & gas, chemical processing, water treatment, and HVAC systems.

  • Additional Information

Delta Enterprise’s ball valves comply with international standards like ISO 5211, API 6D, and MSS SP‑110. Sizes range from ¼″ to 6″, with WOG ratings from 600 to 1000 and pressure classes up to ANSI 300. Available in manual, locking lever, gear-operated, and electric/pneumatic actuated configurations. Options include full-port for maximum flow, reduced-port for compact needs, and V‑port designs for better flow control. They feature blow-out-proof stems, fire-safe construction, anti-static grounding, and replaceable PTFE or RPTFE seats. Each valve undergoes hydrostatic testing and is traceable via batch certificates and material test reports—backed by export packaging and worldwide delivery.
